Poggio Pelliccia

Adjacent the property is the archeologically significant Etruscan tomb named after the Property. Considered part of the Vetulonian Etruscan archaeological park, the tomb is currently open for visit to tourists and guests.

Poggio Pelliccia is an important discovery in that it testifies how economically lively the rural area around Vetulonia was compared to its major centre Vetulonia, helping to reconstruct moments of life of a civilisation in most parts still very much unknown.
