Cancellation: Advances for bookings will be re-accredited in full when notification of cancellation will be received by us at least 3 weeks before the date due of arrival. Please inform us as soon as possible of any cancellation by e-mail or fax. That is for our and your convenience. Moreover, in case cancellations are not made within the above terms, we will do our best to accommodate your booking in other times of the year (or of the following year, according to your requirements and to the bookings with other guests. A difference in fee may be payable, depending on the fee and the terms of the new booking which is made.
